He has over 20 years of experience in leadership and leadership development. Wayne has spoken on leadership at national and regional conferences, has published articles in national trade publications and has worked with a wide assortment of companies and organizations both large and small to improve operational performance. He also teaches management classes at Grand Valley State University. Wayne holds a Masters Degree in Organizational Administration from Central Michigan University and is a member of The Grand Rapids Economic Development Club, The West Michigan Human Resource Group, as well as the Grand Rapids Chamber of Commerce.
